Description: The only machine left behind at this barren industrial wasteland. Not quite sure what this did but It was most likely a Drill Press or a tool cutter of some sort. I havent been able to find out much information online.

OTIS
OTIS is strong, "shoulder" cylinders are BIG look at switchbox low rt of lft cyl ,see name plate left hnd thd feedscrew across upr mid sect, provides latrl feed. can't see low frame too tell wht cyl's links move{vrt}swbox has hand lvr Lside roller/bump Rside other "wordy stuff" makes an old machinist think it looks like some sort of stock/ blank cutter wish 4 more /lower angle shots. I can smell that nasty grease from here. Thanks
