Description: Took this yesterday at lunch. A friend of mine from work took me to Ocean Beach in search of bunkers and other interesting sites along this fantastic landscape. This was a shot looking south as we made our way back to the car. I could spend hours here but we had to get back to work.

Our original target was some old anti-aircraft batteries that had fallin down the cliffside to the shore. Unfortunately the structures are completely covered by the sand. Have to come back when the water reaches its peak. This cliffside and entire surroundings holds many mysteries. Old wall embankments and remnants of ww2 forts are embeded and hidden underground. As the cliffs erode, so do these bunkers. You can spot many sections poking out of the cliffside.

There must be countless corridors and underground structures all around this land.
