Description: Inside Building No.20. The Psychiatric Retarded Evaluation Module. This building is huge. It was once occupied by Patients and had a Dentist office amoung other things. There are so many rooms in here I didnt get a chance to see them all. Plus alot of hall ways were pitch black. Should of brought a flashlight. I'll have more from this building tomorrow.

The WPH was built in 1906 and abandoned in 1996.
