Description: On the second floor of the P.R.E.M. building. It dates back to 1916, thats what the date says above the main entrance. I walked up stairs around 3pm. The Descending Sun light casts across this massive hall. Dozens of rooms line this hallway, and in the distance a chair. No idea who put it there but it made for an interesting shot. Ghostly
